Animal prescriptions are refilled in three ways at Jet City Animal Clinic when there is an active veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR) which is the basis for interaction among veterinarians, their clients, and their patients and is critical to the health of animals:

  1. Pickup at our Practice: You can request a refill for your pet’s prescription by submitting the following form. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information. The prescription refill must be approved by a doctor.  Allow 1-2 business days to complete; we will contact you by text/call when prescriptions are ready.  ** For urgent prescription refills, text/call us at 206.329.0253 to renew an existing prescription**
  2. Delivery from Jet City / Support Our Small Business: Prescriptions and products are delivered right to your door. Check our online store for retail products, prescriptions and MORE! processing and delivery times. ORDER HERE
  3. Outside Pharmacy Approval: To renew a prescription through a third-party pharmacy (e.g. Walgreens Pharmacy, etc.) – please contact your pharmacy directly to request your refill. The pharmacy will email/fax your request to Jet City Animal Clinic; once the doctor has reviewed your request, we will confirm the prescription with your pharmacy.
