October 12th is National Pet Obesity day. A day marked just as a little reminder that we may not think much of giving our pet a few extra treats sometimes but it can definitely add up.
Having an overweight pet can lead to much worse medical conditions such as diabetes and osteoarthritis. It also can be harder to tell if an animal is overweight because of how different their body shapes are.
